Daily Schedule

Mountain Day Camp's daily schedule isn't set in stone. Some of the time we'll have the day planned out. It could be climbing or hiking to a destination. At other times you, as a camper, will be able to work with your small group to determine what it is you'd like to do for the morning, afternoon, or whole day!

We definitely do some things every day that make us ready for camp in the morning and ready to return home in the evening. Here's about as 'typical' a schedule as we have:

• 8:15- 8:45am: Pick Up from a central spot (depends on where you live)
• 9:15am Arrive at Camp - Eldorado Canyon State Park: Opening songs, initial large group games
• 10am - Morning Activities with small groups of 6-7 plus a counselor or two. This varies day to day. It could be a crafts project, a hike, Leave No Trace games, climbing, teambuilding, kites, fishing, noodle tag and noodle games, dance, drama, etc.
• 11:30am - Lunch
• 1pm - Afternoon Activities - similar to morning!
• 3pm - Big Group Closing - songs, snack, and games.
• 4pm - Depart from Camp - travel back to pick up spots.
• 4:30-4:45 Pick Up
